MY RIGHTS

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

1.  I own the artwork and therefore can post it on my site/portfolio/social media (unless we made some kind of agreement)

2. You may not resell my artwork or use it for commercial purpose (unless it has been discussed and I have given you my written permission)

3. You may use line art pieces to practice your own skills or color them in, but still give me credit. Do not claim it as your own.

 4. You may not remove my watermark/signature from commissions. You can not claim my art as your own. No exceptions!

 

5. You cannot cancel a commission after you have paid me, since payments are upfront.

•  After you have paid me, there is a 6 hour window in which you can ask for minor changes like the color of a certain part, but I won't make any major or unreasonable design changes like drawing a different character,pose or outfit

•  If you are not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if I missed minor/important details that have already been agreed to, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece I will add them in and re-upload it.

 

• Should there be any reason I cannot finish the piece, I will offer you either what I have done for the price it is posted as with a refund for the remainder of the cost, or a full refund.

How long will the commission take?

​I can give you an estimate on how long it will take, but it would most likely take me a few days or even a week or two to finish a piece. It all depends on the complexity of the piece. Feel free to ask me about your piece's progression if it takes longer than I initially said. 
If there should be any life-changing circumstances or complications going on in my life that would impact your commission, I will tell you right away. Also if there are any life-changing circumstances or complications in your life, please do tell me, its greatly appreciated.

Payment & how to commission me.

•  Check if my status is open; if it is "limited", it means I would have to put you on a wait-list. If it is closed, I will post on my social media the next time I am open again (Twitter/Instagram)

•  Wait for me to reply and discuss the commission, I will then send you my Paypal address so that you can send the payment.

 

• Send the money agreed to my PayPal. If you can't send USD please check the amount in the currency you use by using Google's currency converter

• I must receive full payment and reference for the piece before I start working on your commission
